At Finowraps, we take pride in our work and want every customer to leave happy. To keep things clear and fair for both sides, here are our shop policies:
• All wrap and tint jobs require an appointment.
• A non-refundable deposit (amount depends on the job) is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your final balance.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
• 50% deposit is required upfront. the remaining balance is due at the time of vehicle pick up.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, or business checks. late payments may incur additional fees.
• Vehicles must be delivered clean and free of dirt, wax, or oil. A cleaning fee may apply if extra prep is required.
• Pre-existing paint damage, chips, or scratches may be visible through the wrap and are not the responsibility of Finowraps.
• We do not wrap over rust or peeling paint.
• Wrap Warranty:
• Material defects: 3 - 5 years depending on the brand (Avery dennison, 3M, etc.)
• Installation Warranty: 1 year against lifting, bubbling, or peeling caused by improper installation.
• The warranty is void if:
• The wrap is damaged by accidents, improper washing, pressure washing, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Hand wash only with mild soap and water.
• Do not use abrasive brushes, harsh chemicals, or high-pressure washers on edges.
• For tint: avoid rolling windows down for at least 48 hours after installation.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel or no-show, your deposit is forfeited.
• Refunds are not issued once installation has begun.
• Finowraps reserves the right to take photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
• We are not liable for:
• Paint or clear coat damage on repainted or aged vehicles.
• Wrap damage from normal wear, weather, or improper cleaning.
• items left in the vehicle; please remove valuables before drop-off.
• Typical installation takes 1 - 5 business days, depending on wrap complexity and vehicle size.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen vehicle conditions or material availability.
• Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of completion to avoid storage fees.
